It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gowan (Saranac Lake, New York), who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Gowan and Marie Gowan (Trombley); his wife Anita Gowan of Saranac Lake; his daughter Barbara Jo Gowan of Waddington; his grandchildren, Corinne Gambacurta, George Washington University, Julian Gambacurta and Clarkson University; his brother George Gowan; and his sisters-in-law, Bobbi Gowan of Syracuse and Ginger (William Dora) of Mt. Dora Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
