He is survived by: his parents, Roland Janacek and Frieda Janacek (Mead); his siblings, Roxanne (Perry Ferguson), Boylston, Rod Janacek (Kelly Rossa), Renee (Shawn Garvin) and Orwell; his niece Rachel; his nephew Stephen Allen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Shane, Amanda, Joshua Altoran, Emily and Jon Bushie; and also, Colton, Teghan, Magnolia, Shannon, Ben Fisher, Mitchell Garvin and Michael Garvin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and a multitude of cousins.
