He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Ambuske; his daughter Julie Brate; and his siblings, Betty Griffin, Delores Hill, Barbara Newark, Fredrick Ambuske, Frank Ambuske, James Ambuske and Phillip "Peter" Ambuske.
He is survived by: his parent Helen Bierfelt Ambuske; his sons, Denise O'Brien, Valerie Slingerland (Howard) and Linda Brown of Randolph, NY; and his grandchildren, Darrell, Gregory Ambuske and Glenn Ambuske.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to HomeCare & Hospice.
