It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Devost of Saint Johnsville, New York, born in Stratford, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Devost and Telka Devost (Tilly); and his siblings, Sophia Drozd, Julia Yacowenia, Andy, George and John Devost.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoffman; his children, Betty Sanders (Chris) of Palatine Bridge, Bonnie Frasier (Bruce) of Lasselleville, Deborah Vance (Russell) of Nelliston and Stanley Devost; his grandchildren, Ashley Rouse (Jon), Tiffany Davis (Tyler) and Travis Vance; his great grandchildren, Ava and Adley Rouse; his sister Milly Trautner of Rome, NY; and his sister-in-law Esther Devost of Salisbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current health precautions, a facemask and social distancing will be required.
