She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Borchert (Gerulat) and Gustav Borchert; her husband John G. Shaw, Sr.; and her niece Christine. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Shaw of St. Johnsville, Karin Johnson (Gordon) of St. Johnsville and John G. Shaw, Jr. (Rebecca) of Middleburgh; her stepson Matthew Hanes (Judy) of Spokane, WA; her grandchildren, John G. Shaw, III of Middleburgh, Lucas Shaw of Middleburgh, Jackson Shaw of Middleburgh, Callie Shaw of Middleburgh and Amanda Overturf (Mark) of California; her stepgrandson Steven L. Johnson of St. Johnsville; her siblings, Meta, Hildegard and Helmut; her godparents, Imi Redmann (Zeggy) and Oswald Borchert (Martha) of Canada; and her son-in-law Scott Oeffler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
