She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Denise (Tony), Joseph (Maria) and Peter (Rose Marie); her grandchildren, Anthony (Alessandra), Joseph (Erin), Michael (Anja), Gina (John), Nicholas and Sophia; her great grandchildren, Maggie, Matthew, Ava, Aria, Jack, Adriana, Ryan, Jacob and Grace; her parents, Josie and John; and her siblings, Sonny, Mikey, Johnnyboy, Petey and Boopsie (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Boys Town and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, two not-for-profit organizations Sophie held near and dear to her heart.
