He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Enloe Baggett and Tallulah Baggett (Lane); and his wife Karen Peasley Robins. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews & cousins.

Lane's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
