He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Arlene Perkins (Rang); his siblings, Shirley Stevens (William), Donald Perkins and Norman Perkins; his daughter Maureen Murphy; and his close friend Freckles.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Perkins (Hogan); his daughters, Joanne Enwright, Deborah Greiner (Frank), Patricia Bellonte (Timothy) and Donna Snyder (Dan); and his son-in-law Dennis Murphy. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
