He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; and his siblings, Ron and Maxine. He is survived by: his children, Robert J. (Mina), Leah Hilton (Michele) and Jill Farris; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kasey, Joe-Kaile, Sarah, Molly and Jonathon; and his siblings, Joyce Beaman (Ken) and Mark Preston (Diana). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lollypop Farm.
