He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy. He is survived by: his children, Rheytchul and Thomas (Danielle); his granddaughters, Layla and Lainey; and his brothers, Bill and Steve. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Mike's name.
