He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McKnight and Evelyn McKnight; his sister Esther Borate (Richard); his great-niece Danielle; and his pet Sir Bentley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Swansfeger (Alan) and Ruthene Givens; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Kuipers (John), Dave Swansfeger, Stephen Borate (Shawnette), Melanie Rankin (Kyle), Brian Borate (Laura), Malia Givens-Hayes (Erick), Willie Givens Jr. and Aaron Givens. He is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews; and two great-great-niece and nephew; as well as many dear friends, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623).
