She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McDonald and Margaret Cantwell McDonald; her husband Robert L. Rule; her son Robert Rule (Dodd); and her brother Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Slupski-Robert (Tom) of Albany, Margaret Stronach (Ken), Timothy Rule of Troy and Bryan Rule (Elizabeth) of North Andover, MA; her siblings, Jane McDonald, Shirley Cicchinelli, Alice Caswell and Doris Gilboe; and her grandchildren, Kenna Stronach, Ethan, Evan Slupski, Tara, Hannah, Mercy and Delia Rule (Bobby).
