He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hudak Rumsey; and his siblings, Karen Rader (Douglas), Christine Koch of Clifton Park, Sandra Flagler of Tennessee, Marcia Whitaker (Dave) of Utah, Gary Rumsey (Terri) of Maryland and Eric Rumsey (Mary) of Cohoes.
