He was predeceased by: his daughter Gen-Marie. He is survived by: his wife Therese Beth Carey Balzer; his children, Edward "Chip" Balzer (Anne Marie), William Balzer (Margaret Lockhart), Marianne Harris (Gregory) and Carey Balzer; and his sister Terry Hoffman. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any charity of your choice that provides help to the less fortunate, particularly during the holiday season.
