He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Overbey and Imogene Overbey (Shinlever); his brothers, Gary and Jerry Overbey; and his son Brian R. Overbey.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Drake Overbey; his son Timothy V. Overbey (Sandra); his grandchildren, Christian, Kamryn, Kendyl, Cassandra, Connor Overbey and Liliana Avila; and his brother-in-law Scott J. Drake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
