He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn (Nelson) and Franklin Baker Sr.; his brothers, Andy and Larry Baker (Elaine); his daughter Jane Schumacher; his grandson Brandon Gorsline; and his sons-in-law, John Keener Jr. and Ken Henry Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Scales (George), Barb Keener, Angie Henry and Lilly Baker; his grandchildren, Diane Kelley (Robert), Tracy, Carrie, Bobby, Jesse, Jack Keener, Charlie Thayer, Joseph Gorsline, Jason, Tommy, Kristy Scales, Amy Vanderpoel, Zach Armstrong, Ryan and Tom McGrath; his great grandchildren, Mason, Sarah, Hayley, Alyssa, Ryder, Lee, Christopher, Elaina, Jade, Dylan and Gabriel; and his siblings, Janet, Betty, Ronnie, Roy, Cherie, Pam, Brownie, Anna, Frank, Dick and Shirley. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
