He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Scism and Shirley Scism (Jennings); and his father-in-law Arthur DuBois, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Scism of Milan, NY; his daughters, Amanda Scism of Milan, NY and Becky Scism of Milan, NY; his siblings, Betty Klawson (Rick) of Red Hook, NY, Bonnie of Staatsburg, NY, Donald Scism of Staatsburg, NY, Keith Scism of Nevada, Jeff Bulson of Virginia and Jody Bennett of Texas; his stepmother Carol Scism of North Carolina; and his mother-in-law Verna DuBois of Milan, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues and friends.
