He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rogers and Violet Rogers (Nott); and his brother Thomas Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Hoose (Donald) of Red Hook, NY, Karen Meneni-Pham (Sam) of Reno, NV and Richard Rogers (Judith) of Clinton Corners, NY; and his brother Kenneth Rogers. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; along with extended family and friends.
