We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2020, at the age of 90, Patricia C Brammer (Red Hook, New York), born in East Orange, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hankinson Carter and Minerva Carter (Pittenger); and her brother Hank (Tracy). She is survived by: her husband Fred C. Brammer; and her children, Nancy, Thomas, Karen, Linda, Bruce and David. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 3 step-grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, gifts be sent to the Red Hook UMC Food Pantry or any Disaster Relief Fund that gives all donations to those in need.
