She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Faherty and Alice Faherty (Mannion) of County Galway, Ireland.; and her brother-in-law Lou Fiorillo. She is survived by: her husband Irishman; her former husband William "Bill" O'Farrell; her children, Patrick, Bill, Tom and Alicia; her grandchildren, Cory, Alley, Jack, Will, Connor, Rachel, Liam, Ava, Kady, Maggie, Erin, Reagan O'Farrell, Aidan, Patrick and Helena O'Shea; and her siblings, Thomas Faherty (Frances), Kevin Faherty (Sue), Walter Faherty and Joanne Faherty-Fiorillo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
