It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth G. Giek (Red Hook, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Giek and Elizabeth Giek. He is survived by: his wife Karen Van Opdorp; his grandchildren, Jordan Ball, Kelsey Ball, Kyle Fisher, Alayna Fisher, Chloe Hayes, Olivia Hayes and Ella Hayes; and his siblings, Don Giek (Barbara) and Mary Barth (Jeff). He is also survived by daughters and sons-in-laws.
