He was predeceased by: his mothers, Marie Jacob (Lauble) and Virginia M. Ward (Gina); and his sister Dolores Weinman. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, John Jacob (Cynthia) of Browns Summit, N. C., Kathleen Jacob of Red Hook and Kevin Jacob of Sayre; his grandchildren, Edwin Christensen, Ryan Christensen (Katie), Preston Jacob, Madison Winters and Nicholas Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Kylie and Ella Christensen. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
