He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence Hogan. He is survived by: his parent Mary Hogan (Gallagher); his brother Lawrence Hogan, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Mary Hogan, Rose Vitzthum and Jim; his wife Ellen Hogan of Red Hook; his children-in-law, Barbara Totman (Richard), Kathleen Pell (James), William Hogan (Sandra), James Hogan (Sherri) and Patricia Lococo (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Lauren, Patrick Totman, Kaylee, Bridgette, James, Liam Wagner, Alexia, Abigail, Grace La Spina and Timothy Pell; his brother-in-law Lawrence Vitzthum; and also, Daniel Totman (Stacie), Lisa Wagner (Jared), Kate La Spina (Vincent), Gabor Totman, Hannah Totman (Jeremias Teran), Thomas Pell (Ester), Christopher Pell (Yanyan), Benjamin Hogan, Brian Hogan, Kevin, Meghan, Daniel Hogan, Caleb, Elizabeth, Joshua, Gabriela, Julia and Addisu Lococo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
