He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Toole and Violet O'Toole; and his sister Doris Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Anne; and his children, James (Kathy O'Toole), Robert (Candy O'Toole) and Patricia (David Smith). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
