He was predeceased by: his parents, John Surico and Judy L. Closs Surico. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Salat; his son-in-law Joseph R. Daprile; his grandsons, Jace J. Salat and Dominic J. Daprile; his siblings, Mark C. Surico (Lenore) and Dayna Sherwood; his uncle Frank Surico; his aunts, Cathy and Joanne Florance; his cousin Kelly Hay; his stepfather James Closs; and his close friends, Kenny Jelinek and Frank Petroccitto. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
Masks will be required, and proper COVID safety protocols will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, Frank's family has requested donations to help offset the funeral expenses.
