She is survived by: her close friend Charles Thiex; her children, William L. Woodard (Cindy Moon), Edsole T. Woodard (Olga) and Rodney P. Woodard (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Bruce Woodard, Hannah Woodard, Emily Bishop, John Woodard, Billie Jean Rawlins, Tony Burt, Frank Howard, Andrew Howard, Michael Howard, Owen Drew and Josh Drew; and her sister Janice Miller. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
