She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Burgess and Mavis Burgess. She is survived by: her sister Gillian Tingley of Queensbury; her brother-in-law Ken Tingley; her nephew Joseph R. E. Tingley of New Orleans; and her daughter Josephine.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Lake Luzerne.
