She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Kinsey and Helen J. Kinsey (Woerner); her husband Robert G. Gerhardt; and her grandparents, Edward, Grace Kinsey (Rhodes), Felix and Martha Woerner.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Linkens (Dennis) of Queensbury and Geary R. Gerhardt (Wendy) of Amityville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
