He was predeceased by: his parents, Gifford K. Harvey and Elizabeth Burkin Holsaple; and his brother James Montgomery Harvey (Monty). He is survived by: his wife Mary Sylvia Harvey (Sullivan); and his children, Mark G. Harvey, Laura E. Edgerly (Harvey), Daniel S. Harvey and Rachel E. Harvey. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and two great grandsons.
