He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Macfarlane (Bradt). He is survived by: his father George A. Macfarlane Sr. of Queensbury, NY.; his wife Julia A. Macfarlane (Stone); his son Justin Macfarlane of Stillwater; and his sisters, Sheri Zappone (James) of Queensbury, Michelle Williams (Wayne) of Cleverdale, NY and Karen Benanti of Brookville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
