Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Lillian Roccomboli and Lisa Roccomboli; and his sister Joann Grimaldi. He is survived by: his daughters, Marie and Teresa Roccomboli; his child-in-law Thomas Hage; his brother-in-law James Grimaldi; and his grandsons, Liam Hage and James Hage. He is also survived by niece, many friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leo F. Kearns, Inc. (61-40 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Resurrection Ascension Roman Catholic Church (85-25 61st Rd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Cemetery (80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Flushing, NY 11379).
