He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Carlson (Paul), Dale Slusarczyk, David Slusarczyk and Tim Slusarczyk (Amy); his niece Paige Slusarczyk; his nephew Aaron Slusarczyk; and his aunt Irene McDougal.
