He is survived by: his parents, Barry W. Cooke and Sally Warner Cooke of Preston Hollow; his sister Mona Vandermark; and his aunts, Sheila Cooke and Luella Borst.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Brookside Cemetery, or to Preston Hollow Baptist Church, both in Preston Hollow, NY 12469 will be appreciated.
