He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mai and Theresa Rodino Mai. He is survived by: his wife Ann B. Murray; his children, Danielle Giulian (Michael) of Pittsfield, MA, Julia Mai, Kathleen Mai, Troy and Joseph Mai; his grandchildren, Eli and Ashton Giulian; and his sister Judy Nash (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
