He is survived by: his son Walter; his wife Betsy Martiny; and his children, Alan Martiny (Rebecca) of Seattle Washington, Donald Martiny (Celia Johnson) of Ivoryton and Cynthia Martiny (Robert Conyers) of Montreal. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
