She is survived by: her children, Jaime Warren (John), Joshua Carroll (Chelsea Mahan) and Christopher Carroll; her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan and Elayna; and her siblings, Diane Hurd, Cathy Kraft, Wayne Frederick, Robin Fletcher (Rod), Sheila Ford, David Frederick, Faye Hart and Smith Frederick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
