She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Mills and Ethel Mills (Helm); her husband James D. Silver; and her siblings, Beverly, Kay, Sandy, Judy and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia, James (Tracey), David (Carol), Scott (Carolyn) and Tammy (Gray); her grandchildren, Erin, Zeb, Joanna, Kristy, Jaimie of Nicole, RJ, Elizabeth, Mathew, Dylan and Ian; her great grandchildren, Quenton, Ethan, Aaryanna, Austin, Sydney, Vayda, Zaharrah and Gianina; and her siblings, Barbara LaBare, John and William "Bill" Mills. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sheila's memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country.
