He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Debby Mellenger (David) and Rodney Blair (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Jason O'Keefe (Melissa Senecal) and Hailey Parker; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn and Evalyn O'Keefe.
