She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tourangeau, and Joan Tourangeau, Sr. (Brickey); her parents-in-law, Lillian and Ross Burnell; her nephews, Donald Burnell and Todd LaPorte; her niece Ashley LaPorte; her close friend Ethel Blake; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Relation and Ronald "Barney" Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Burnell; her children, Tina Tourangeau of Plattsburgh, Francine Hampton of Plattsburgh, Michael Pelkey Jr. of Plattsburgh, Michelle Pelkey (Jason David), Mary Burnell of Utica, Shawn Burnell of Albany, Joseph Burnell Jr. of Mohawk, NY. and Thomas Burnell of Tuscon; her siblings, Robert (Donna Tourangeau Jr.), Ann (Jim Schmelzle), Mark Tourangeau of Plattsburgh, John Tourangeau (Sue Lyon), Rose Baker of Sciota and Russell Tourangeau of New York; and her siblings-in-law, Ross Burnell Jr. (Ginger Trombley) of Morrisonville, Wanda, Roger Cook of Beekmantown, Donna, Michael LaPorte of Cadyville, Rita LaPorte (Roger Bousquet) of Morrisonville, Steve LaPorte of Morrisonville, Mamie Relation of Peru, Joyce, Ken Franks of Cadyville, Dorothy, Mark LaPorte of Cadyville, Gloria Duprey of West Chazy and Bobby Collins. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
