Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathy Whalen of Plattsburgh, New York, born in Malone, New York, who passed away at the age of 63, on November 2, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Whalen and Evangeline Whalen (Tourville); her siblings, Marge, Tuck, Robert and Ronnie; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Whalen, Jim Decosse and Jeff Hall.
She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Decosse (Russell), Betty Whalen, Jeanne Trombly (Brent) and Carol Hall; her sister-in-law Joele Whalen; and her godchildren, Lacie and Lanie Coolidge. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations in Kathy's memory may be made to the Elmore SPCA or North Country Animal Shelter in Malone.
