She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grube and Lillian Grube (Desaw); and her brother Sidney Grube. She is survived by: her husband Richard Forget; her daughters, Kristina LaDuke (Greg) and Shelly Downing-Forget (Lisa); her granddaughter Ashley Boisvert (Michael); her daughter Kelly Menard; her great grandchild Carter Boisvert; her siblings, Sharron Rock (Harlan) and Roger Grube (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Barbara Grube. She is also survived by Cousin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the local SPCA or charity of choice.
