He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Pelkey and Florence Pelkey (Beauharnois); and his siblings, Arthur, Joseph and Patricia Hanlon.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie (Sam); his daughter Johnna Beth; and his sister Mary Mihal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
