He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfred and Sadie; his wife Eileen Latour (Drollette); his children, Joyce Smith of Dickinson Center, NY., Julie Fournier (Robert Ward) of Scotia, NY, Kevin (Mary Fournier), Roche, Tammy (Walter Parrott), Tina Latour of Treadwells Mills, Hank (Jeannie Latour) and Mary Ellen; and his sisters, Vivian LaBier of Plattsburgh, Doris Duso of Beekmantown and Bertha (Allan Darrah). He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
