She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hart and Dorothy Hart (Ouimette); her son Dale; her daughter-in-law Donnalee Hart; her grandson Justin Cote; her great grandchild Jayden Hart; her siblings, Sandra Hart, Jerry Hart, Gloria LaFountain, Rick Hart, Danny Hart and Barbara; her brother-in-law Bucky Sousie; her nephew David Hart, Jr.; her niece Kimberly Lee Hart; and her great-niece Paula Garcia.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Michelle Hart) and Jimmy Hart of Plattsburgh; her daughter-in-law Amy Hart of Templeton, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Adam, Ashley, Brandon, Nathan, Timothy, Steven, Michael and Anna; her siblings, Lawrence Hart (Sharon) of Morrisonville, David Hart (Jean) of Keeseville, Linda Sousie of Keeseville, Randy Hart of Plattsburgh and Robert Hart of Malone; and her sister-in-law Christine Hart.
