He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCarthy and Cecelia McCarthy (Grabowski). He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Allyson McCarthy and Meagen McCarthy (Patrick Barriere); his grandchildren, Emma, Sara and Ethan Bray; his sister Karin McCarthy; his niece Kristen McCarthy Baker; and also Lauren Baker.
