She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Allen and Gertrude Ormsby; her brother Lonnie Allen; and her grandchildren, Nichelle Dousharm and Aodhan O'Keefe.

She is survived by: her husband John O'Keefe; her children, Danielle Dousharm (Bryan), Jessika Kari O'Keefe (Daniel Doner), Don Allen (Bambi), Shaun O'Keefe Jason (Tasha) and Keefe; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Jayden Dousharm, Lily Allen and Cameron Doner. She is also survived by several sisters, and a brother, many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
