He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stephens and Eleanor Stephens (Moeller). He is survived by: his wife Linda Stephens (LaGoy); his children, Tina Consoli of Plattsburgh, Tracy Stout of Illinois, Trisha Titus of Plattsburgh, Crystal Stephens of Plattsburgh, Robert and Sean Stephens; and his siblings, Joanne Carter of Pennsylvania, Randy Stephens of Caro, MI. and David Stephens of West Virginia. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the North Country Honor Flight.
