Betty J. Rivers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Rivers (Plattsburgh, New York), born in Champlain, New York, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Boulerice and Mary Boulerice (Garrow); her husband Howard Rivers; her son Howard "Joe" Rivers; and her brothers, Bucky Garrow, Roland Boulerice and Larry Boulerice.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl LaValley of Beekmantown; her daughter-in-law Tammy Rivers of West Virginia; her sisters, Sandra Noonan of West Chazy and Barbara Rawson of Saratoga Springs; her granddaughters, Vickie Tabor, Carrie Girard, Crystal Smith and Brandy Rivers; her great grandchildren, Andrew LaBarge, Abigail Lindeman, Michael and Elizabeth Smith; and her great great grandchild Magnolia Rayne LaBarge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
