With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita M. Lemire of Plattsburgh, New York, born in Altona, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Pelkey Sr. (Mayo); her husband Rosaire Lemire; her father Henry Pelkey; and her sister Mildred Jubert. She is survived by: her children, Vickie (Larry Belrose) and Rick (Judy Lemire); her grandchildren, Tegan Belrose, Casey Belrose, Aaron Lemire and Tyler Lemire (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Calvin Lemire and Nora Lemire; her brother Henry; and her sister-in-law Paulette Pelkey Jr.. She is also survived by her children and their spouses.

Memorial donations may be made to the Foundation of CVPH.
