He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Mindi Collom (Vance) and Michael (Helen); his granddaughters, Nicole and Brooke; his brother Charles (Leslie); his brother-in-law Martin Weingarten; his nephew Randy (Nella); and his niece Anna.
